Booking & Cancellation Policy

Instant booking
Available slots are confirmed immediately when you complete the booking form. Management approval is not required. Your booking reference is shown on screen and emailed to you.
Temporary holds
When you choose dates, we hold them for 10 minutes while you complete your details. If the hold expires, the dates are released and you will need to check availability again.
Availability
Each space can be booked by one customer at a time for any given day unless it is listed as having multiple slots (for example consultation or digital campaign capacity). Dates that are booked, held or blocked cannot be booked.
Payment
No online payment is required to reserve. Pricing, invoicing and payment terms are agreed with our team after booking.
Cancellation by you
Signed-in customers can cancel online until 2 day(s) before the campaign starts. After that, or for guest bookings, contact us on 9010140004 or info@pmfooh.com. Cancelled bookings release their dates for others.
Cancellation or changes by PMF OOH
If a site becomes unavailable (for example due to permissions, safety or maintenance), we will contact you promptly and offer alternative dates or locations.
Artwork
Artwork you upload is used only to prepare your campaign. You confirm you have the rights to use it.
